komorebi: the japanese term for the sunlight filtering through the trees. a beautiful, delicate fragrance of cool morning dew & eucalyptus, with notes of watery lotus & oakmoss. a scent to transport you to an ancient forest where lies more than meets the eye.

the story

'the canopy buzzes softly with life. above, tree branches sway with the breeze, gently flowing leaves wrapped in birdsong. and there is something more, something that rises and settles. a great presence exists undisturbed here, powerful, ancient as the earth herself. here is a land where spirits walk amongst the living, a quietly pulsing harmony felt in everything from root, to rock, to flower. unseen, unmistakable. one of many.

spirits drift peacefully across the forest floor. with each weightless step, golden rays of sunlight shine through the greenery to dance at their feet. sometimes, one cannot say whether a spirit passes by, or one simply exists within a glade of komorebi.

and yet, there is no rush to claim it.

the forest will always keep her secrets.'

candle care

best practices for longest lasting burn

  • always keep an eye on candle while burning
  • do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time
  • trim wick to 1/4” above wax before every burn (or pinch off burnt wick)
  • let melt pool reach entire surface for first burn for best longevity
  • keep open flame away from pets, children, drafts, flammable materials
  • stop burning when 1/2” of wax remains

after use care

  • warm wax is easy to scoop out with paper towel or spoon. toss old wax & wick/wick clip in trash (not sink!)
  • wash jar & lid with hot soapy water
  • repurpose as flower vase, spice jar, trinket holder, anything you like!
