heartsong candles is not responsible for any damages once handed off to shipping carriers. most options are insured, so shipping fees will not be refunded.
returns
returns for sampled or used items will not be accepted. other returns for unused, unopened or incorrect items may be requested by email request within 3 days of receiving your order. in the event of your delivery arriving damaged, please contact hello@heartsongcandles.com within 5 days of receiving your order and i will be happy to assist you.
